I chose a vehicle that I really liked from their website, filled out the pre-approval application online and that same day Marissa, who works for the company, called me to complete the application process. She was very good to work with and was able to call me the next day with an answer. US Autos was able to get me into a loan that is affordable AND it helps to rebuild my credit. The best part of this is that I got the car that I have always wanted! This process was quick, and Will and Marissa are fantastic to work with. Great customer service!! My husband and I have been customers of US Autos for I'd guess 14 years. Amazing service, never an issue and loved every vehicle purchase. We came back yesterday after a long period as both my husband's and my vehicle bite the dust so no transportation and limited funds and Marissa & Will worked with us and within 6 hours we were driving away w a very nice vehicle. This company is great. I was kind of nervous about a loan for a vehicle and monthly payments during a very uncertain time in the country. The payments have been ok but they have gone above and beyond with my vehicle even after having it for eight months. They always answer any question or concern with my vehicle and my schedule can be very chaotic and they have been great with that. The people working there are always respectable (most people would probably roll their eyes by now)...thank you for all you have done and for making sure I have a safe and dependable vehicle. I really used to stress a lot about previous vehicles...I now don’t worry about my vehicle breaking down or having to rent something to travel.
